What Do You Do Here: Jamie Maull

Meet one of the people who help ensure TMNA’s mission-critical supply chain not only works but also complies with the law

March 04, 2020

TMNA’s business success depends on the free flow of vehicles and parts both into and out of this country. As such, speed and efficiency are critical. But so is adherence to the law.

That’s where Jamie Maull and her fellow team members in Customs & Trade Compliance come in. As she puts it, “Our essential job is national security. We are the first line of defense for our supply chain.”

This video casts some light on this incredibly important role, even if most of us rarely give it a second thought.

Along the way, you’ll also learn what Maull had to do to become a licensed customs broker — as well as how she rose to the challenge of Start Your Impossible, and why she probably won’t try to replicate the feat.

Not a bad trade for two minutes of your time.
