Love Your Pets!

We’re calling all animal-loving team members to show us just how much you love your pets and your cars. Help bring a little more joy to our world by showing us your best friends!

January 23, 2019
Molly -- That precocious Boxer belongs to Lora Jones, chief of staff for Corporate Communications. The Highlander does, too.

We live in crazy times. And honestly, sometimes it’s best to have a cuddly distraction. Who is the first person to give you a big hug when you get home from work? It’s your dog, of course (even if your dog is, technically, not a person).
And who sometimes graces you with its presence when it gets bored playing with that ball of yarn? Your (semi) loving cat!
Look, we love animals. Sometimes more than people. And we want to bring a little more light into the world. So we’re asking you to submit photos of your pets so we can all scream "OHMYGOSHSOCUTE!" in unison. And, if you, your family or your Toyota or Lexus vehicle is in the shot, that's great too. We’ll publish your photos in Driver’s Seat over the next few months.
So, just email your photo – and a little info like name, age, breed and whatever else you want us to know about your pet – to, and we’ll get to publishing.
Oh, and we’ll randomly pick 20 submitting team members to receive a pair of Sockios!
And if you’re looking for examples, check out some pets from Corporate Communications team members below.
Frank -- Frank is a Westie that belongs to Executive Communications Senior Analyst Kelsey Soule. Here he is lounging in her 4Runner.
Roo - Here's Roo, a French Bulldog who calls Internal Communications Digital Editor Lauren Nutini mom. Roo's main skills are boundless energy, snorting like a pig and making herself at home in Lauren's Tundra.
Cali -- When External Communications Senior Manager Eric Booth moved his family -- including kids Alyssa and Brendan -- to Texas, Cali joined the family. Turns out the Highlander is the perfect car to haul a family and a mini Goldendoodle
Jubei -- Seen here taking in the sights from a Lexus NX on a road trip through the Southwest, Jubei is just one of three cats for Marketing Communications Manager Leigh Anne Sessions.
Little Stevie -- Corporate Communications Analyst Kristen Orsborn loves Little Stevie with all her heart, tongue and all.
Stella -- This very good girl belongs to Videographer Tim Rice.
Washburn -- Corporate Communications Analyst Mike Treibsch notes that his dog loves taking trips in their 2006 Tacoma.
Ernie -- Ernie does three things: eat, nap and poop. And yet, this 7-year old English Bulldog  -- belonging to Driver's Seat Editor Dan Nied -- still carries himself with nothing but class. That's him on the home page, too, classing up a Camry Hybrid.
