But if you have more questions about Quality – what it is and what it means to Toyota today – then you’re not alone.
 
When we asked you to send in your questions for Ask an SME a while ago, several focused on the role quality plays in our organization.
 
So we sat down with the ultimate SME’s on the topic – Chief Quality Officer Chris Nielsen and Group Vice President, North America Quality Kent Rice – to see what they had to say.
