A couple weeks back, we asked you to send in questions for our new series, Ask an SME.
 
Happy to say, you guys responded overwhelmingly, sending questions on manufacturing, marketing and other areas of the company.
 
The first one to catch out eye, though, was this one from Joshua Babcock in Toyota Logistics Services:
 
“What are incentives and how are they used?”
 
Incentives seem like a pretty straightforward idea, but how well does the average team member really understand how Toyota uses this sales tool, and what it means for dealers and customers?
 
That’s what we – and Joshua – wanted to find out, so we sat down with Incentives Strategy Manager Lindsay Lee for the first episode of Ask an SME.
